1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock Vision Pro has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Set passcodes for the Lock Vision Pro in the following order:
- Launch the SwitchBot App and Log in.
- Tap your Lock Vision Pro.
- There are passwords, fingerprints and NFC cards in the middle of the screen. Make sure you stay on password. then tap "+" icon.
- Select the passcode type you plan to add.
- Enter the passcode then tap "next" to save it.
- The added passcode will appear in the passcode list.
