How to Add SwitchBot Lock Vision and Lock Vision Pro to SwitchBot App

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Add your Lock Vision Pro to SwitchBot App in the following order:

• Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
• Tap "+" icon in the upper right corner.
• Tap "Add Device".
• Scroll down and tap "Lock Vision Pro" in the "Security" section.
• Press and hold the button on the back of the interior assembly for two seconds.
• Tap "Connect Device" to connect the device.
• Once the connection is established, enter the SSID and password for the 2.4 GHz network.
• Calibrate the device according to the app instructions.
• Tap "Start Using" to finish pairing.

Note:

Please use the latest version of the SwitchBot app from the app store. You may not be able to pair with the beta version.

When adding the device, make sure to correctly enter the Wi-Fi SSID and password, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
