How to Automatically Lock SwitchBot Lock Vision and Lock Vision Pro When the Door Closes

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock Vision Pro has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.

3. Please enable the "Auto Lock" function via the steps below.

• Launch the SwitchBot App and login.
• Tap "Lock Vision Pro".
• Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
• Tap "Auto-Lock".
• Turn on "Auto-Lock"
• Set up "Auto-Lock Timing" (Auto-lock will lock your door after it has been closed for the specified time).
• If necessary, we can also enable "Re-Lock" and set up "Re-lock Timing" (Re-Lock will lock your door if it has been unlocked after the specified time, no matter your door is open or closed).

Note:

You can disable the "Auto-Lock" function using the same steps.

When the battery level is below 20%, the "Auto Lock" feature will be automatically disabled.
Please be sure to calibrate the magnet in the SwitchBot App.
