How to Set No-go Zones for SwitchBot Robot Vacuum K11+

• SwitchBot App Version：9.16 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Robot Vacuum K11+ has been added to your App and a map has been created.

3. Please follow the steps below to set a No-go Zone.

• Launch SwitchBot App and login.
• Tap the K11+.
• Tap the map icon in the left center of the screen.
• Tap "No-go Zone".
• Tap "No-go Zone".
• Edit the red frame that appears and tap the check mark to save.

Note:

Tap the already set No-go Zone in step 3 to edit or delete it.

Once a No-go Zone is set, the K11+ will not go to that area in either the mop mode or the vacuum mode.

Tap the "no-mop zone" button to create a no-mop zone in the same order.
