How to Re-pair SwitchBot Robot Vacuum K11+/K11+ Pro with the Auto-Empty Station

1. Make sure the auto-empty station is powered on.

2.Make sure the K11+ Pro is powered on. Remove the main unit’s faceplate and switch the power button to I.

3.After you hear the power-on tone, manually place the K11+ Pro onto the auto-empty station. Make sure the charging terminals are fully aligned and in contact.

4.After you hear the charging prompt, press and hold the Home button on the K11+ Pro main unit for 6 seconds. You will hear the K11+ Pro say, “Entering Bluetooth pairing mode.”

5. Open the lid of the auto-empty station and long press the Bluetooth button for 6 seconds. The indicator on the auto-empty station will change from orange to flashing white to enter the Bluetooth pairing mode.

6. Wait 5 to 10 seconds, then the K11+ Pro will announce the success of Bluetooth pairing.

7. If pairing fails, restart the K11+ Pro and try again following the steps above.
