SwitchBot Robot Vacuum K11+/K11+ Pro Matter Setup Instructions (iOS)

• SwitchBot App Version：9.15 or newer

Preparation

Before setting up devices using Matter, you will need the following:

• SwitchBot Robot Vacuum K11+ Pro
• iPhone
• Homepod or Apple TV

Note: Any home hub compatible with iOS 18.4 or later is acceptable. For further details regarding
home hubs, we suggest contacting Apple directly. Please refer here to set up your home hub.

Setup

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Robot Vacuum K11+ Pro has been added to your App and your device
firmware version is up to date.

3. Make sure all devices (your iPhone, HomePod/Apple TV, and K11+ Pro) are connected to the
same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Method 1: Add your K11+ Pro to the Apple Home app by inputting the Matter code.

• Copy the code by going to Switch Bot App -> Your K11+ Pro -> Gear Icon (Settings screen) ->
  Matter Setup (Beta).
• On the "How to Set Up Matter" screen, follow the on-screen instructions to copy the matter setup code.
• Open Apple Home App -> Tap "Add or scan Accessory" in the upper right corner -> Tap "More options" -> Tap "My Accessory isn't shown here" at the bottom of the screen -> Tap "Enter Code" -> Paste the code to continue the whole process.

Method 2: Add your K11+ Pro to Apple Home App by scaning the QR code on the body of the K11+ Pro robot.

• Open Apple Home App -> Tap "Add or scan Accessory" -> scan the QR code.

Note：

Before using Mop Mode, manually install the mop bracket onto the robot vacuum. Without the mop bracket, Mop Mode cannot be activated. Once installed, Vacuum Mode will be disabled. Install or remove the mop bracket as needed to switch between modes.
