- Related Product: SwitchBot Hub 3
- SwitchBot App Version：9.10 or newer
- Update the SwitchBot App to the latest version.
- Make sure your Hub 3 has been added to the app and its firmware is up to date.
- Configure automatic screen-off:
Open the SwitchBot App, tap your Hub 3, then tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner to open Settings.
- Do Not Disturb: Go to “Do Not Disturb” and set a schedule. During the scheduled period, the screen will automatically turn off after 10 seconds of inactivity.
- Approach to wake: Go to “Advanced Settings” and enable “Approach to wake.” The screen will wake up automatically when you approach and turn off 30 seconds after you leave.
- Custom screen-off timeout: Go to “Advanced Settings,” disable “Approach to wake,” and turn off the standby display. Then select your preferred automatic screen-off timeout.
- Wake up the screen:
- Manually: Press the button on your Hub 3.
- Automatically: Approach your Hub 3 with “Approach to wake” enabled.
