How to Recover the Firmware of SwitchBot Hub 3

• Related Product: SwitchBot Hub 3
• SwitchBot App Version：9.13 or newer

If your Hub 3 doesn't respond, or the firmware upgrade fails, try to recover the firmware of your Hub 3.

• Unplug the Hub 3 power cord from the main unit.
• Insert the power cord while holding down the Kata button on the Hub 3.
• Perform the firmware recovery by going to the SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Firmware Recovery -> Recover

Note: It takes approximately 15-30 minutes to complete the firmware recovery.
