1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock Pro has been added to your App.

3. You can check your door status in the following order.

  • Launch SwitchBot App and login.
  • Tap your Lock Pro.
  • You can see a door icon in the upper right corner.
  • The door in the picture below is open in one state and closed in the opposite state.
