- SwitchBot App Version: 9.2 or newer
1. Please ensure you have the latest version of the SwitchBot App.
2. Please ensure your SwitchBot Outdoor Meter is added to the SwitchBot App and has the latest firmware version. If the firmware of your Outdoor Meter is not V 0.4 or newer, please log in to the SwitchBot App → Profile → Help and Feedback → Create a New Ticket.
3. To remotely check temperature and humidity data, it is necessary to use it in conjunction with our Hub series products. Please note that the Hub Series product has been added to the SwitchBot App. (Hub series products: SwitchBot Hub Mini/Hub 2)
4. We will show you how to connect Outdoor Meter to Hub Mini/Hub 2.
- Launch the SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap the corresponding Outdoor Meter.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right.
- Tap "Cloud Service" on the settings screen.
- Turn on cloud services.
- Connect to the Hub products in your account.
Starting with SwitchBot App version 9.0, there is no longer a need to manually enable the Cloud Service (the Cloud Service option has been removed). Simply place the Meter devices near the Hub, within Bluetooth range, and it will automatically connect to the Hub.
5. Settings in step 4 enable remote confirmation of temperature and humidity data. If you have any questions, please contact us by logging into the SwitchBot app → Profile → Help and Feedback → Create a New Ticket.
