3. To remotely check temperature and humidity data, it is necessary to use it in conjunction with our hub series products. Please note that the Hub Series product has been added to the SwitchBot App. (Hub series products: Hub Mini/Hub 2)
4. Starting from SwitchBot App V9.0, there is no longer a need to manually enable the cloud service (the cloud service option has been removed). To enable connection with a Hub and third-party platforms like Alexa or Google, place your temperature and humidity meter near the Hub (within Bluetooth range) and manually tap the "Store Data in Cloud" button at the bottom of the graph page in the app.
5. Settings in step 4 enable remote confirmation of temperature and humidity data. If you have any questions, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback.
