1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Meter and SwitchBot Hub products have been added to your App and has the latest firmware version.
3. To remotely check temperature and humidity data, it is necessary to use it in conjunction with our hub series products.
4. Starting from SwitchBot App V9.0, there is no longer a need to manually enable the cloud service (the cloud service option has been removed). Simply place your temperature and humidity meter near the Hub (within Bluetooth range) and manually tap the "Store Data in Cloud" button at the bottom of the graph page in the app.
If you have connected the meter to the hub before V9.0, the "Store Data in Cloud" button will not be displayed. After deleting the device from the app and re-adding it, the "Store Data in Cloud" button will appear again. Please export any required temperature and humidity data before deleting the device.
5. Settings in step 4 enable remote confirmation of temperature and humidity data.
