How to Create Automation

• SwitchBot App Version: 7.8 or newer

1． Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2． We will guide you in creating Automation.

Method 1

• Launch the SwitchBot App.
• Tap the "+" symbol in the upper right corner and tap "Add Automation".
• Enter Automation name.
• Add condition under the "When" section.
• If necessary, tap "Advanced Options", in the "And' section", and add preconditions.
• Add action under the "Then" section.
• Save.

Method 2

• Launch the SwitchBot App.
• Tap the "Automation" button located at the center of the bottom menu.
• Tap the "+" icon in the upper-right corner of the Automation screen.
• Enter Automation name.
• Add the conditions under the "When" section.
• If necessary, tap "Advanced Options", in the "And' section", and add preconditions.
• Add action under the "Then" section.
• Save.
