  • Firmware Version: SwitchBot Bot: 2.9 or newer, SwitchBot Hub Mini: 5.4-3.8 or newer, SwitchBot Hub 2: 1.0-0.9

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Bot and SwitchBot Hub Mini/Hub 2 have been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date. If the firmware is outdated, please log in to the SwitchBot App, navigate to "Profile", then "Help & Feedback", and select "Feedback".

3. Please ensure that SwitchBot Hub Mini/Hub 2 is connected to the Internet.

4. Please restart the SwitchBot App and attempt to reconnect.

5. If possible, please place SwitchBot Bot near SwitchBot Hub Mini/Hub 2 and try again.

6. Please unplug SwitchBot Hub Mini or Hub 2, wait for 10 minutes, and then power it back on before attempting to use it again.
