- SwitchBot app version: V6.14 or later
- Firmware version: 1.6 or newer
1. Make sure the socket is powered and thatotherbulbs of the same standard (E26) as the smart bulbs will light up.
2. Please remove the smart bulb from the app.
3.Try turning the smart bulb off and on.
4. Add the bulb back again within 2 minutes.
