If you can not add SwitchBot Color Bulb to your app, please check the following:
1. If Color Bulb cannot be lit by default and is not detected by Bluetooth when added to your account, please make sure the light socket is on first.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Color Bulb is turned on.
3. Please make sure that both Bluetooth and Location Service permissions have been enabled for your app on your smartphone. Only when these are enabled can your device be detected.
4. Check if your home Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz, and the SSID or password is correct. SwitchBot devices currently do not support 5GHz networks.
5. Check if your Color Bub has a sealed lampshade attached, this may cause Wi-Fi interference and affect device communication.
6. Try to reset SwitchBot Color Bulb. For more information, please refer to: How to reset SwitchBot Color Bulb
