• Applicable products: SwitchBot Lock
  • SwitchBot App version: 6.10 or newer
  • Device firmware version: V5.6 or newer


1. Go to the Settings page of the Lock.
2. Then go to the Dual Lock option to remove.
If the operation fails, please try the above steps several times, as the Lock might not be communicating with the cellphone well during the first few attempts.
