About the Cloud Service for the Pan/Tilt Cam

For the reason that the Pan/Tilt Cam needs to connect to a stable network to work properly, we can view the steam image of the Pan/Tilt Cam via a third party platform, such as Alexa and Google Home.

If we connect SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam to Alexa, we can view the video stream from Pan/Tilt Cam in real-time through the Amazon Alexa APP or on the Echo show series speakers.

If we connect SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam to Google Home, we can ask the Google Assistant to stream Pan/Tilt Cam to smart Display with Google Assistant function.
