Can I access the Pan/Tilt Cam on a 5G support cellphone？

It does not matter what kind of network our cellphone is using while accessing the SwitchBot Pan/Tilt Cam. As long as the Pan/Tilt Cam is well connected to a 2.4GHz network would be good to go.

If we are to connect the Pan/Tilt Cam to a personal hotspot, please make sure the Personal Hotspot is a 2.4GHz network. For iPhone 12 or newer models, kindly enabled the Maximum Compatibility to switch the network to a 2.4 GHz one.
