How to Delete Files That Could Not Be Uploaded

If you need to delete files that remain unable to upload, first make sure that all files you want to keep have been uploaded. Then delete and re-add the device.

1. Tap the device entry in the upper-left corner of the app.
2. Swipe down and tap Delete.
3. Tap Clear Data and Delete.
4. Add the device again using the original account.

Note: Clearing data deletes all files on the device that have not yet been uploaded. Please confirm before proceeding.
