1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock and SwitchBot Hub series have been added to your App.

3. Please follow the steps below to turn on the Cloud Service for your SwitchBot Lock:

  • Launch the SwitchBot App.
  • Tap the relevant SwitchBot Lock.
  • Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
  • Tap "Cloud Services" in the Settings screen.
  • Turn on "Cloud Services" and connect it to SwitchBot Hub products in your account.

4. After enabling Cloud Services for the SwitchBot Lock, you will be able to lock and unlock remotely using the SwitchBot App even when the device is out of Bluetooth range.
