- SwitchBot App Version: 8.3 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Check the Lock locking/unlocking history in the following order.
- Launch the SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap your Lock.
- Tap "Logs" at the bottom of the screen.
- Locking and unlocking history can be checked.
4. The unlocking and locking records for the Lock are synchronized in the following two ways.
- If you are using the Lock via Bluetooth, perform step 3 when you are back within Bluetooth range. Any locking and unlocking actions carried out while you were away will be automatically synced to the history list.
- If your Lock is connected to our Hub Series products, you can check its history anytime, anywhere by following step 3.
