1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. We can enable the "Auto Lock" function via the steps below.
- Launch the SwitchBot App and login.
- Tap your Lock .
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Auto-Lock" on the settings screen.
- Enable "Auto-Lock".
- Set the time under "Lock after". (Once your door is closed, your Lock will lock after the specified time)
- Set the time under "Re-lock after" if needed. (After being unlocked, your Lock will re-lock after the specified time no matter whether your door is open or closed)
4. You can disable the Auto-Lock fuction if it is not necessary.
5. The Auto-Lock will not function If the battery level falls below 20%.
