What Should I Do if I Receive an Incorrect Low Battery Alert for Motion Sensor?

  1. Remove the batteries and insert them again.
  2. Turn Bluetooth on your phone off and on once, then check whether the low battery alert still appears.
  3. If the issue persists after trying the steps above, please provide the following information via Feedback in the SwitchBot App:
    • A screenshot showing the remaining battery level
    • A screenshot of the low battery notification
