SwitchBot AI MindClip protects your privacy and data across the device, app, and cloud.

Data Storage

Recordings are stored on the MindClip device, in the app on your phone, and in your personal cloud storage account.
Transcripts, summaries, and AskAI data are stored in the app on your phone and in your personal cloud storage account.

Device-Level Privacy Protection

After recordings are transferred from the device to the app and cloud, the local recording files on the device are automatically cleared.
If the device is lost, other people cannot add or use it. MindClip also does not provide any data export port. The Type-C port is used for charging only.
When you unbind the device, all recordings that have not yet been transferred can be completely deleted to help prevent data leakage.

App-Level Privacy Protection

All data in the app is stored locally on your own phone.

Cloud-Level Privacy Protection

Cloud data is stored in your personal cloud storage account, and only you have access to it.
Your personal cloud data is hosted on Amazon Web Services, with strict access controls in place.
If you delete your account, your personal cloud data can also be completely removed.
MindClip has passed strict privacy and data security certifications, including EN18031, ISO27001, and ISO27701.
SwitchBot does not use your data for AI model training.
