1. Please use the latest version of the SwitchBot app from the app store. You may not be able to pair with the beta version.
2. Turn the power of the RGBICWW Ceiling Light back on and pair it within 2 minutes.
3. Make sure the RGBICWW Ceiling Light is installed close to your Wi-Fi router (recommended within 5 meters).
4. If your home Wi-Fi router supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz frequencies, please connect to the 2.4GHz network.
5. Make sure that you enter the Wi-Fi SSID and password correctly, including any uppercase and lowercase letters.
6. Restart your home router.
7. If you have multiple smartphones, try pairing using another smartphone.
8. The pairing attempt may fail due to an unstable connection. We recommend waiting a moment before trying to pair again.
9. As part of troubleshooting, please check if you can connect the RGBICWW Ceiling Light to your smartphone's tethering. If you have a smartphone that supports 5G, please enable "Prefer Compatibility" to output only 2.4GHz.
10. If the issue persists, please contact us via Feedback in SwitchBot App. When contacting us, please provide us with the following information:
- Brand and model of your home router
- A photo showing the specification information located on the side, back, or bottom of the router itself
- Screen recording of the failure to add the device to the SwitchBot app
