Please check whether the RGBICWW Ceiling Light was turned off using the wall switch before you left home. Turning off the RGBICWW Ceiling Light with the wall switch is the same as cutting off its power supply. As a result, the device may appear offline in the SwitchBot App when you are away from home, and return to normal in the SwitchBot App after you come home and turn the wall switch back on.
