Small black dots or pixel-like spots may occasionally appear on a new E Ink screen. This is usually related to the characteristics of E Ink display technology and does not necessarily indicate a product defect. The screen is made up of many tiny ink capsules, and during normal production or display operation, a very small amount of pigment may appear as tiny spots. If the spots are small, no larger than 1.5 mm in diameter, and there are no more than 4 in the main display area, they are usually not a cause for concern.

To help improve this, please use the AI Art Frame as normal and switch the artwork several times, then observe the screen for a period of time.
