What to Do If SwitchBot AI Art Frame Won’t Power On?

1. Charge the AI Art Frame using the included 5V2A charging adapter and Type-C charging cable.  

2. Press and hold the button on the back of the AI Art Frame for 15 seconds to reset it.

• A video demonstrating the indicator status by holding down the button on the back of the AI Art Frame for 15 seconds
