How to Remove SwitchBot Keypad Vision and Keypad Vision Pro

1. Remove the Keypad Vision body from the mounting kit.

2. The mounting kit is attached to the door with double-sided tape. Please warm it with warm air from a hair dryer until the adhesive side is loosened.

3. Remove the mounting kit from the door using an unused card or similar object.

4. Clean the sticky residue from the door and the mounting kit with alcohol wipes.

5. If the mounting kit is damaged during the Keypad Vision removal process, please submit feedback through the SwitchBot app to request replacement parts.

Note:

To avoid injury, please carefully warm it with the hot air from the hairdryer.

Grab the mounting kit and remove it with small side-to-side movements.
