SwitchBot Keypad Series Removal Alerts Feature

• Related Products: SwitchBot Keypad, SwitchBot Keypad Touch, SwitchBot Keypad Vision, SwitchBot Keypad Vision Pro
• SwitchBot App Version: 9.23 or newer

1． Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2． Make sure SwitchBot Keypad/Keypad Touch has been added to your App.

3． Turn on "Keypad Removal Alerts" by going to SwitchBot App → relevant SwitchBot Keypad/Keypad Touch → Gear icon → "Keypad Removal Alerts" → On.

4． With these settings, the device will emit a beep when the Keypad Touch is removed. Additionally, if a hub product is within the Keypad Touch's Bluetooth range, a push notification reading "Removed" will be sent to your smartphone.

5． If you do not need the removal alert, please turn off the Keypad Touch's "Removal Alert" in the SwitchBot app by following the same steps.

Note:  

If the removal alert is triggered due to your own carelessness, you can disable it using the following method.

• Disable the removal alert by tapping the Keypad Touch in the SwitchBot app.  
• The removal alert will be disabled once the lock is unlocked using the correct passcode, fingerprint, or NFC card.
