- SwitchBot App Version:9.19 or newer
1. Please use the latest version of the SwitchBot app from the app store. You may not be able to pair with the beta version.
2. Plug the candle warmer into a functioning power outlet, then press the power button to turn it on.
3. Place the Candle Warmer Lamp closer to the Wi-Fi router (within 5 meters).
4. Please make sure that the Bluetooth on your smartphone is enabled. If it's already on, try turning it off and then back on again.
5. If your home Wi-Fi router supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz frequencies, please connect to the 2.4GHz network.
6. When adding the device, make sure that you correctly enter the Wi-Fi SSID and password, including uppercase and lowercase letters.
7. Restart your home router and then try again.
8. Press and hold the power button of the Candle Warmer Lamp for 15 seconds to reset it. After resetting, attempt to reconnect your device to your home router.
9. As a troubleshooting step, check if the Candle Warmer Lamp can connect to your smartphone's hotspot.
10. If the issue persists, please please contact us via Feedback in SwitchBot App. When contacting us, please provide with the following information:
- Brand and model of your home router
- A photo showing the specification information located on the side, back, or bottom of the router itself
- Screen recording of the failure to add the device to the SwitchBot app
