1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure your Bot and Hub have been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Starting with SwitchBot App version 9.0, there is no longer a need to manually enable the Cloud Service (the Cloud Service option has been removed). Simply place the Meter Pro (CO2 Monitor) near the Hub, within Bluetooth range, and it will automatically connect to the Hub.
4. Go to SwitchBot App -> your Bot -> Third-party service -> Siri shortcut -> Add shortcut -> Select the Bot -> Select an action -> Record the Phrase and save it.
Notes:
- If phrases are not recognized correctly in the recording, it is recommended to enter them manually.
- You can edit or remove the shortcut at the same place.
- You can also use your Homepod to control your Bot using the shortcuts you have created.
- If you have our Hub 2 or Hub Mini Matter, you can sync your Bot with the Apple Home App for direct voice control without needing to create shortcuts.

I foolishly bought a SwitchBot, thinking that it had actually been designed by a competent human. Sadly, however, it seems to have been created so as to be impossible to connect to Siri or HomeKit on my iPhone without being me buying ANOTHER piece of unnecessary plastic shite!
Really, why do I need a "hub"? I have an iPhone? But... SwitchBotch does not talk to Siri... Seriously?!
Utter nonsense! What a steaming pile of incompetent botch-ware!
Straight in the recycling bin.
