- SwitchBot App Version:9.18 or newer
- Firmware Version: 2.0 or newer
1. Please check if the firmware version is V20 or later by going to SwitchBot App → Blind Tilt → Gear Icon → Firmware & Battery.
2. Remove the solar panel, wait for about 10–15 seconds, and then insert it back into the Blind Tilt. After that, tap on the Blind Tilt in the SwitchBot app and check if the sun icon is displayed in the battery section.
3. Remove the solar panel, use a reset pin to press and hold the reset button (hole) at the bottom of the Blind Tilt for 15 seconds to reset it. After resetting, reinsert the solar panel and check if that resolves the issue.
4. If you have multiple devices and solar panels available, try using a different solar panel to see if it's recognized.
