- Firmware Version: 2.0 or later
1. Before troubleshooting, please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of our app.
2. Check the Light Sensing level of your Solar Panel to make sure it is functioning correctly. The picture below will guide you through how to check.
3. If your Light Sensor level is 6 or above for at least 4 hours every day, you should be able to means three years of use on a daily charge.
4. If your Light Sensing level is low and your Blind Tilt battery drains faster than Solar Panel can charge due to daily opening and closing, your battery may not appear to be charged when connected to the Solar Panel. However, even in low lighting conditions, you may find the battery will still last for some time should your Solar Panel be connected to your device (bad weather may also further affect charging).
5. Normally, we recommend checking your Blind Tilt after every four weeks of use to ensure healthy battery life.
