1. Check for debris around the roller mop. Hair, dirt, or other small particles can get caught and cause it to jam. Refer to the video for cleaning instructions if needed.
2. If the roller mop gets stuck and you hear any strange sounds, please record a video of the issue.
3. If the roller mop gets stuck and the waste water collection gutter detaches easily, please follow the link below to check whether the shaft position has fallen off.
