When using the S20's base station:
1. Make sure that the auto-drain and auto-fill ports on the base station are properly installed and are not damaged.
2. When changing the water, some dripping may occur, which is normal. It is recommended to place a diatomaceous earth mat under the auto-fill port.
3. Make sure that the waste water tank and fresh water tank are correctly installed.
When using the water station:
1. When changing the water, some dripping may occur, which is normal. It is recommended to place a waterproof mat or diatomaceous earth mat in front of the water station.
2. Make sure that the auto-drain and auto-fill ports on the water station are properly installed and are not damaged.
3. Make sure the waste filter cover on the Water Station is securely closed.
4. When setting up the water hose, make sure the gasket for leak prevention is correctly placed.
5. Try lifting one side of the water station and checking if any water leaks from the opposite side.
