1. Please make sure that the Type-C cable is connected to the OUT3 port.
2. Disconnect and reconnect the Type-C cable.
3. Make sure the Type-C cable is securely inserted.
4. Unlink the camera and mobile base, then relink them.
5. Please restart the mobile base.
6. If you have a Type-C cable with communication capability, try using it to see if it resolves the issue.
7. If the issue persists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When contacting us, we would appreciate it if you could share the following information:
- A screenshot of the app displaying "Camera not installed"
- A photo displaying the Type-C cable connection status for the camera.
