- SwitchBot App Version:9.13 or newer
1. Please use the latest version of the SwitchBot app from the app store. You may not be able to pair with the beta version.
2. Reset your device.
- Unscrew and remove the battery cover.
- Use the screwdriver to press and hold the pairing button for 15s until you hear 5 "beeps" to complete the reset process.
3. Press the button for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode, then try again.
4. If the issue persists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When contacting us, please provide with the following information:
- A video displaying the failed setup
