What to Do If Pet Hair Isn't Being Drawn into SwitchBot Air Purifier?

1. Set the air purifier to Pet Mode, then check if it draws in air by holding a tissue near the vent as shown in the image below. If the tissue is pulled in, the unit is functioning normally.

2. While the air purifier can capture floating pet hair, its structure differs from a vacuum cleaner, so it cannot fully pick up hair in your home. We appreciate your understanding and recommand checking the pre-filter after two or three months of use.
