Palm Vein Information Collection Agreement

Please carefully read and understand the palm vein Information Collection Agreement. By checking this agreement, you agree to the collection of your palm vein information.  

1. In order to provide you with convenient palm vein unlocking services and to verify the identity of users of the door lock, the SwitchBot keypad / SwitchBot Lock Vision device (including SwitchBot Lock Vision and SwitchBot Lock Vision Pro) will collect your palm vein information. 

2. To protect your privacy, the collected palm vein information will be stored only on your keypad device / Lock Vision device and will not be transmitted to SwitchBot or any third-party devices. 

3. If you do not agree to the collection of palm vein information, you will not be able to use the palm vein unlocking service. 

4. If you need to delete your palm vein information from the keypad, please perform the following steps in the SwitchBot App: Home Page > Keypad / Lock Vision Page > Palm Vein Details > Delete. Your palm vein information will be completely removed from the keypad device / Lock Vision device.
