How to Install SwitchBot Garage Door Opener for Yellow and Purple Button Garage Doors

Garage door motors for yellow and purple button installations (No need for accessories, install directly):

1. With the help of a screw driver, remove the push button mounted on your wall.

2. Turn the push button around.Loosen the screws and disconnect the two (2) cables* found in the push button back panel.

Note:

These two cables come from your garage door opener.

3. Remove both screws.

Note:

Some push buttons may be protected with a cardboard. Please remove it.

4. Remove the PCB from the front plastic cover with the help of your screwdriver by pinching on the top of it.

5. Turn the PCB around to access its front part.

6. Take the installation accessorys out of the packaging and attach it to the PCB garage door control button.

7. Secure the accessory with a rubber ring.

8. Reinstall the PCB onto the garage door button

9. Put the button back on the wall.

10. Connect the two ports of the test line to the accessory, and connect the other end to the I and O ports on the Garage Door Opener. Power it back on to use.
