- SwitchBot App Version: 8.3 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock Pro has been added to your App.
3. If you're locked out and can't get into your home, please use the emergency unlock function. We'll walk you through how to activate it.
- Launch SwitchBot App and login.
- Tap your Lock Pro.
- Tap "Emergency Unlock" at the bottom of the Lock Pro operation screen.
- Tap the emergency unlock icon and the Lock Pro will rotate clockwise to try to unlock the lock.
- If your lock doesn't unlock, tap the icon again, it will turn counterclockwise to unlock.
4. The emergency unlock function is only available within the Bluetooth range of Lock Pro.
5. Only the home owner can use the emergency unlock function.
6. The emergency unlock function can be used even if Lock Pro is not calibrated.

Can I use this emergency unlock feature as well by entering a pin code thru the keypad touch 7c? If not, can this feature be added? Had a situation where I was on vacation and my kids couldn't enter anymore, possibly was not calibrated anymore and we had to go thru a complicated solution to activate the unlock after all. If this could have been unlocked thru a separate pin it would have helped greatly.
