  • SwitchBot App Version: 8.3 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock Pro and SwitchBot Hub products have been added to your App.

3. Enable the cloud service of the Lock Pro in the following order.

  • Launch SwitchBot App and login.
  • Tap your Lock Pro.
  • Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  • Tap "cloud service" on the setting screen.
  • connect Lock Pro to the hub that has been added to your account.

4. After step 3, you can lock and unlock Lock Pro outside the Bluetooth range.
