How to Lock and Unlock SwitchBot Lock Pro Remotely (Connect to SwitchBot Hub)

1. You'll need our Hub device for this feature.

2. Make sure both the Lock Pro and Hub are added to your SwitchBot App.

3. The Lock product communicates with the Hub via Bluetooth, so keep both devices within close range (recommended within 5 meters).

4. Starting with SwitchBot App v9.0, cloud services are enabled automatically, no manual setup is needed (the cloud service option has been removed). Once the Lock product is placed near the Hub, they will connect automatically, allowing remote control via the app.

*You can check the communicaiton signals by navigating to SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Manage Hub.
