1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
 
2. When installing the Lock Pro for the first time, we will need to manually calibrate the Lock Pro so it can record the locking and unlocking positions. If we need to recalibrate the Lock Pro, we can also try the steps below.
 
  • Close your door. Rotate the thumbturn on your Lock Pro to the position where your device locks your door. Then tap "Next".
  • Keep your door closed. Rotate the thumbturn on your Lock Pro to the position where your device unlocks your door Then tap "Next".
  • Open your door. Manually lock your device. Then hold the door against the door frame with approx. 10 cm distance between them. Tap "Next".
  • Keep your door ajar and make sure your Lock Pro is in locked state. Tap "Test Unlocking".
  • Close your door. Make sure it is unlocked currently. Tap "Test Locking".
  • "Finish"
