How to Replace Batteries for SwitchBot Lock?

1. Remove the Lock battery case cover as shown in the picture, then replace the batteries.

2. To prevent the Lock from stopping operation due to low power, it is recommended to replace two batteries at the same time when replacing the batteries, not one of them.
