Can SwitchBot Lock Be Unlocked at Regular Intervals?

    I read a post online suggesting this was not possible, I'm very glad this functionality was added. Users should be able to determine whether they are comfortable with this feature, especially since the devices can be used for many different purposes.

    There is no way to select unlock deadbolt...when this be available in smarthings or homeassistant

    For security reasons, locking and unlocking the Lock can not be set as an action on SwitchBot App

    This is ridiculous. The whole point of spending money on a smart lock is being able to automate the locking and unlocking of a door. Whoever decided not to allow your customers unlock a door on a schedule needs to be fired.

    You do not know exactly how your customers will implement your products. Perhaps unlocking a door at a set time is REQUIRED to create a safe environment and not being able to do this is creating risk.

    Stop letting your attorneys make product decisions and give your customer what they need to implement the automation systems of their choosing.

    If I can't figure out how to make this work, I will be returning my Switchbot Lock Pro, the rechargeable battery and the Hub 2 because...

    BEING ABLE TO UNLOCK A DOOR ON A SCHEDULE IS THE ONLY REASON I PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCTS!
