1. Make sure the dust bag fits properly and that the charging base lid has be closed. In case the dust bag is not fitted correctly, we recommend fitting it again in order to sync the data.

2. Turn on the charging base again.

3. Restart the SwitchBot app.

4. If none of the above helps, you can contact us by logging into the SwitchBot app and visiting → Profile → Feedback. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information when contacting us.
