  • Applicable Products: SwitchBot Remote, SwitchBot Bot
  • SwitchBot App: V6.19.1 or newer
  • Firmware Version: Bot V6.4 Remote Button V4.5

1. Make sure your SwitchBot app is the latest version.

2. Please make sure the bot/remote button has been added to the SwitchBot app and the firmware version is the latest version. If your bot is not on the latest firmware version, please refer to this post. How to use Customization Mode in SwitchBot Bot

3. Please set in the following order: tap the remote button → tap the convex/concave button → tap the bot → select an action → to complete the settings



4. If you want to set another action, you can overwrite the action that has already been registered in the procedure above.
