How to Set Dual Lock Not Unlock Simultaneously When Manually Unlocked

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure two SwitchBot Lock devices have been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.

3. In the Dual Lock settings screen, please disable Sync Manual Unlock.

• Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
• Tap Dual Lock.
• Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
• Tap "Dual lock settings".
• disable Sync Manual Unlock.
