1. Asegúrate de que la versión de tu aplicación SwitchBot esté actualizada.

2. Asegúrate de que el Timbre de Video SwitchBot haya sido agregado a tu aplicación y que la versión del firmware de tu dispositivo esté actualizada.

3. Por favor, vincula tu Timbre de Video a la aplicación Google Home usando cualquiera de los siguientes métodos.

Método 1

Link your SwitchBot account via Google Home app.

• Open Google Home.
• Select "Device" at the bottom of the menu.
• Tap "Add device".
• Tap on "Works with Google Home".
• Type in and search for "SwitchBot".
• Select "Switchbot Smart" from the add new services.
• Enter your SwitchBot app account and password.

Método 2

Please follow the steps below to integrate via the SwitchBot App.

• Launch the SwitchBot App and log in.
• Tap the relevant SwitchBot device.
• Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
• In the Settings screen, tap on "Third-party Services".
• Tap Google Assistant.
• Tap "Connect".
• Enter your Google Home App login ID and password.
• The link will be automatically established.
